Dr. Áine O’Dea PhD is the founder of Radiance Consulting, a Neuroleadership coaching and neuroinclusivity consultancy based in Limerick. She is one of Ireland’s most renowned occupational therapists and a leading authority on neurodiversity in areas such as DCD/Dyspraxia & executive functions.
